Shawn D. Holt is a seasoned executive leader with over 30 years of experience in child welfare and behavioral health, currently serving as Corporate Vice President at the National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP), where he leads strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and program development to advance outcomes for youth and families. Previously, he served as CEO of River Vista Behavioral Hospital, overseeing inpatient, outpatient, and crisis services, and has held leadership roles at organizations including Maryhaven, St. Vincent Family Center, Franklin County Children Services, The Buckeye Ranch, and Twin Valley Psychiatric Systems. Known for driving innovation, improving organizational performance, and developing impactful care models, Shawn holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Bethany College and a master’s in Public Administration from Franklin University, and is a respected speaker and advocate for mental health, substance abuse treatment, and child welfare.
